A concept to provide a platform where companies can raise funds by encouraging investors to research funds and make deposits. A member area has been designed for the investors where they can search funds, view their past history with the company, view the stats such as number of depositors, funds collected so far, and make a deposit as per the allowed limits. Once a threshold for collection of the funds is met, the funds are transferred to the issuer. The issue also has a separate member area from where he can setup the funds and view the deposit reports.
