Responsibilities:

• Client handling.
• Requirements collection.
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle and agile practices.
• Defining work breakdown structures for each task.
• Coordinating with the team on estimations.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or JIRA.
• Preparing project plan and schedule with milestone deliveries.
• Ensuring the project schedule is followed and monitoring.
• Daily stand up meetings with the development and QA teams.
• Validate the deliverables with the original requirements to ensure quality delivery as per the timelines.
• Identifying and mitigating risks.
• Regular client meetings to ensure timely feedback on deliverables is collected.
• Initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Ability to handle more than 1 project simultaneously.
• Attitude of a winner who motivates the team to accomplish goals and keeps the client happy.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in database design.
• Knowledge of cloud.
• Technical hands-on experience in web or mobile development.
