Hiring: HR Executive & Recruiter (IT Industry)

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive & Recruiter to manage recruitment and HR operations for our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring software development professionals and managing core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation packages.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Manage onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Facilitate smooth joining formalities and integration into teams.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts and management teams.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data and HR reports.
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Handle PF and ESIC documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate statutory filings and employee registrations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
- Prior experience hiring for IT/software development roles
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment portals
- Experience with payroll, attendance, PF, ESIC, and HR compliance
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualification
- MBA-HR / MHRD or equivalent postgraduate degree
