We are looking for a skilled business development executive to join our business development team. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Responsibilities:
  • Staying updated on the current projects / technologies that SLPL works on.
  • Updating the website with latest case studies.
  • Participating in the sales calls.
  • Tracking updates on CRM.
  • Preparing proposals, following-up till closure of deals. (Training will be given).
  • Identifying and researching new marketing channels.
  • Networking. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Suggesting blog topics for website and linkedin to keep promoting the latest work being done.
  • Preparing demonstrations for new clients.
  • Gathering testimonials from existing clients to update them on the website.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
