We are looking for a skilled business development executive to join our business development team. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Staying updated on the current projects / technologies that SLPL works on.
- Updating the website with latest case studies.
- Participating in the sales calls.
- Tracking updates on CRM.
- Preparing proposals, following-up till closure of deals. (Training will be given).
- Identifying and researching new marketing channels.
- Networking. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Suggesting blog topics for website and linkedin to keep promoting the latest work being done.
- Preparing demonstrations for new clients.
- Gathering testimonials from existing clients to update them on the website.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
